Connection Building Ministry Team

We will build a network that uses our gifts, skills, and resources to maximize what we can do together and strengthen congregations in their ministry.

This strategic direction is assigned to the Connection Building Ministry Team.

We live in a time of rapidly changing technology and increasingly diverse means of communication. This ministry team believes that it is important that we be prepared not only to make use of both old and new formats but also to stand ready to help others to learn these important ways of connecting with both members and those to whom we are called in our communities and beyond.

During the 2012 synod assembly, the Connection Building Ministry Team conducted a survey of assembly participants about computer usage and needs. The results of the survey may be found below. The team also compiled summaries of the Birds of a Feather groups that met during the assembly. Those summaries also appear below.
